OK so can any of the local Argentine girls explain why the local government has created such a crazy import restriction policy? Basically, you have to export the same amount of goods and services as you import, which harms foreign companies trying to do business in Argentina.

This led to the most recent shipment of my companies' new products being refused at the border even though the importer had a valid importation license (which has now been voided). This also ended up postponing my planned business trip to Buenos Aires :(

Wow. Really sorry to hear this. I dont think any of the girls know anything about this at all as they have never tried to import thigns.

What is it your importing and from where?

That's because Cristina has lost her mind! During her first term she was great, but now she is turning to the dark side (or should I say the red side), and is on her way to becoming another Fidel Castro ;(

PornGuy- Yeah we were trying to ship some video games from the U.S. We've shipped in before with no issues at all (other than crazy high import taxes) and we have a local Argentine company that acts as our importer of record. However, the laws seem to have tightened over the last few months :(

Angeles- well crazy Cristina cost me a chance to come to Buenos Aires. Hopefully she'll calm down and I can reschedule the trip in a month or two...
