Exclamation CoronaVirus. Some helpful information and tips from the CDC United States.

Good day. We know that we have a lot of readers here and not many of you post. So we just wanted to pass these resources on in hopes of helping you protect yourselves and your families.

The CoronaVirus or COVID-19 is still spreading. That of course is a bad thing. People are dying although in lower numbers than some people expected and higher than others expected. No matter what is happening with the CoronaVirus there are simple things you can do to help avoid getting sick.

Below is a direct Copy and paste from the CDC. The link to this information and more is at the bottom of the paste.

    Person-to-person spread

The virus is thought to spread mainly from person-to-person.

    • Between people who are in close contact with one another (within about 6 feet)
    • Via respiratory droplets produced when an infected person coughs or sneezes.
    • These droplets can land in the mouths or noses of people who are nearby or possibly be inhaled into the lungs.

Spread from contact with infected surfaces or objects

It may be possible that a person can get COVID-19 by touching a surface or object that has the virus on it and then touching their own mouth, nose, or possibly their eyes, but this is not thought to be the main way the virus spreads.
    When does spread happen?

    • People are thought to be most contagious when they are most symptomatic (the sickest).
    • Some spread might be possible before people show symptoms; there have been reports of this with this new coronavirus, but this is not thought to be the main way the virus spreads.

The above info can be found at this address. https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019...nsmission.html

    Symptoms.
For confirmed coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) cases, reported illnesses have ranged from mild symptoms to severe illness and death. Symptoms can include:

    • Fever
    • Cough
    • Shortness of breath

The above info can be found at this address. https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019.../symptoms.html

We are not even pretending to know what to do about this other than keep informed about the CoronaVirus and its spread. However every flu season the doctors tell you to wash your hands often, ovoid contact with people that show any sort of symptoms and try to keep yourself healthy with Good nutrition, exercise and rest.

So be cautious when you are out and try to steer clear of people that are sneezing or coughing and dont touch things you dont have to. Also wash your hands several times a day.

If you have any quality resources that you can post, please do.
