I'm not a doctor, but I believe that if T-blockers and Estrogen/Estradiol are administered early enough (early teens) milk-ducts can form in the breasts as they enlarge......but that's just a guess on my part.

Thank You, Alana. I thought Estrogen might have been involved and I am guessing that T-blockers refers to Testosterone. I'll have to look that one up.
